Blue Moon Triple-Gong Meditation

Join me to celebrate the Blue Moon, which is the 2nd full moon in the month of May, with a rare and powerful meditation that can only be done on a full moon!

We open with a series of easy physical exercises to calm and clear the body, mind and emotions. Then lie down for deep relaxation as the healing vibrations of 3 lovely gongs wash over you for 25-30 minutes. After the sound immersion, you’re in the perfect state of consciousness for a musical prosperity meditation that includes gracefully flowing hand movements to unlock your energetic centers & the flow of primal energy. This meditation is said to provide prosperity, creativity and protection, as well as improved communication.

If you like, stay after for Yogi Tea and community time, and be sure to look up into the night sky as you depart. Bring a comfy mat or other items for your comfort on the floor. Note: the entire event can be done in a chair – just ask for one at the front desk.

Step into the our co-created universe of art and sound!

Enter an immersive installation where art and sound evoke the vastness of the universe. Set to a cosmic backdrop of large-scale oil paintings, experience the sounds of space through live gong and theremin performance. Reflect on your inner cosmos in this meditative journey through silence, vibration, and awe.

An intentionally contemplative event, Inner & Outer Space has been designed to limit distractions. Attendees must maintain total silence as they expand beyond the earthly experience into the universe itself. Since space is limited, registration is required, but tickets are free.
